California Real Estate: San Leandro Realtors

San Leandro Realtors must act while the timing is right. Currently, the City of San Leandro enjoys a newly sparked interest in the community and a willingness of some of its old residents to move out. This time is crucial for the real estate industry and San Leandro Realtors must recognize the brilliant product with which they are presented. The gift of San Leandro will not be available to all for very long.

The two most popular age groups in San Leandro are five and 40 years old. This was not always the case. Following the giant housing boom of the 50s and 60s, the door to San Leandro was, for all intents and purposes, closed. Those who moved in during the Golden Era of the United States did not feel the need to leave this wonderful town that claims to be home to the Cherry and Sausage Festivals. Suddenly, that door that so recently reopened is closing again.

San Leandro Realtors Should Prepare for the Drought
Once the door to San Leandro closes, there is no telling how soon it will be reopened. With the popular ages as they are right now, these families dont show signs of moving for another 20 years on average. The children are almost 20 years away from getting out of college. Since no parents sell their houses while they are helping to pay for college tuition, this greatly diminishes the chances of openings in the next two decades.

Since no child between the ages of five and 20 can afford to buy a house either now or in the next 15 years, chances of the children moving away from San Leandro are also slim to none. Of course these are not the only occupants of San Leandro. Realtors can relax a little bit, knowing that interest in their community will always be strong. But these are the figures at present and they are the most alarming peaks that dictate another 20 years before the next big housing boom in San Leandro. Perhaps it would be wise to invest now.
