California Real Estate: Alameda California Real Estate

Alameda, California real estate is a better investment than any stock you can find. Anybody who knows investments knows that real estate is one that is proven. Over time, if you look at those who have made their fortune, you will find that many of them are those who have placed a concerted effort in the owning and maintenance of their land. This phenomenon is one that exists all over the world.

We dont have too many oil and steel tycoons in California. We do, however, have our history of landowners. Living in Los Angeles, I see a tremendous amount of buildings with the same names on them. Museums and hospital wings seem to be named after the same ridiculously rich tycoons. A future tycoon myself, I started doing a little research. Over half of these ubiquitous names belonged to men who owned orange groves. There isnt exactly enough of a resounding demand for oranges to make them rich. The land they owned took care of that. I once heard a professor ask what it was that McDonalds sold. When a student answered hamburgers, the professor promptly corrected him and informed the class that the Golden Arches sold Real Estate one red and yellow building at a time.

Finding the Next Big Thing in Alameda California Real Estate
We were not all born with the ability to own thousands of acres of land. All we can hope to do is find the next big deal in a place that works. The three rules of real estate are not land, land, land. Quality outweighs quantity these days and location is still king. Alameda real estate is a perfect example of the near future of investing.

As close as you can get to the City of San Francisco without being in it, Alameda is a brilliant alternative that provides people with an easy route via bridge or BART while providing them with a sense of real community. Access to the excitement that happens in the city without the feeling of being trapped is what has been drawing families and professionals to this burgeoning county. I see good things in the near future for Alameda real estate and I would definitely qualify it as the next big thing in California.
